Albert - Thanks so much for stopping by:-) I've been reading his stuff for a while and I'm never bored, that's for sure. I'm with you - and yes, when I read it this morning I needed a minute to digest:-) I think it applies to not just large, but business period. Technology and innovation is awesome, but I think that the cultural ... and structural framework to support tools and allow for 'alignment' is the course for many. Those that do are lucky and obviously it's not possible for, nor will everyone adapt. What I also find interesting is what these discussions prompt businesses that are so far behind to do, like catch up to the last business model growth or trend before this one, etc. I'm all over the place tonight but have a lot of really cool thoughts floating around in my head. We need to talk about this in real life. Make it home safe!

Nice review. I think Tac's comments were right on, The interesting challenge is at once allowing for synergy, learning, and innovation, while incorporating communications and learned actions into an efficient workflow.

This is the wonderful next step on social media and large business. For now on this comment I'll call it the social workflow. This issue is the confluence of A) instant dataflow B) immediate analysis , C) thoughtful actions and D) efficient production. This production is the end result of all these conversations. That result can be a new product, better way of making it, new idea, better meesage.

But it's the combination of seemingly multi-dimensional web with a linear process. Deep thoughts for an early morning, I know, but it's some thing for Rick and I to think about as we head back.

All the best to you and your readers.
